​The Change Campaign is dedicated to a robust and ambitious agenda that would better serve all people and author a healthier, more secure future. This agenda is grounded in a belief that we must invest in this future by investing in our communities, working in lockstep with local and regional coalitions, and fighting for a more sustainable, fairer, and more prosperous society.

The Full Press is a wide-ranging and innovative plan that seeks to reconnect governmental and local entities through reinvestment directed at mitigating the consequences and prevention of trauma, creating sustainable structures and partnerships, unlocking innovation and democratic energies, and fostering an environment of shared prosperity.

We believe this is the only way forward if we are to avoid widespread suffering, increased division and violence, and possible political and environmental collapse.

Sustain and Scale Return on Investment Through Social Change
Full Capital was built upon the understanding that our society fails to sufficiently invest and capture cost avoidance realized from successful efforts to sustain and scale return on investment over time. We recognize that while our society so frequently invests economic capital in creating more economic capital, it would be far more efficient and sustainable to invest economic capital into all forms of capital (human capital, cultural capital, natural capital, etc.) to create better outcomes that allow our society to become better and healthier.

Connect Communities and Systems Through A Social Infrastructure
The greatest needs and most valuable impacts of efforts to make lives healthier and better are in community. By supporting community leadership in initiatives that involve their own wellbeing, we build buy in so communities own their own transformation efforts, and by creating an infrastructure that connects these efforts, we can learn from each other what does and does not work as we take steps forward collectively. By connecting federal, state, local, and tribal governments into this infrastructure, we support coordination and alignment that allows these efforts to sustain and scale over time.
HEAL PA
The Change Campaign serves as the fiscal agent for HEAL PA, Pennsylvania's statewide trauma-informed initiative, where it is piloting The Full Press.
